Robert Hornung

Robert Hornung has been President of the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) since August 2003. He represents the interests of CanWEA members who are Canada’s wind energy leaders – wind farm owners, operators, project developers, consultants, manufacturers and service providers; and organizations and individuals interested in supporting Canada’s wind energy industry. Robert is also a Board Member of the Global Wind Energy Council and was named a Fellow of the Royal Canadian Geographical Society in 2009.

Jean-Francois Nolet

Jean-François Nolet is Vice-President – Policy and Communications at the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) where he represents the interests of CanWEA members who are Canada’s wind energy leaders – wind farm owners, operators, project developers, consultants, manufacturers and service providers; and organizations and individuals interested in supporting Canada’s wind energy industry. Originally serving as Policy Manager for Québec and the Atlantic Region since May 2008, he now leads the policy team responsible for the development and implementation of CanWEA’s federal and provincial public policy and advocacy activities across the countryJ.

Brandy Giannetta

Brandy Giannetta has been the Ontario Regional Director with the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA) since October 2012. Brandy leads the Ontario based membership in CanWEA’s efforts to serve as Canada’s leading source of credible information about wind energy and its social, economic and environmental benefits. Brandy also currently holds a position on the Advisory Board of Women in Renewable Energy (WiRE).

Jean-Frédérick Legendre

He is the Quebec Regional Director for the Canadian Wind Energy Association (CanWEA). In his role he leads the activities of CanWEA’s Quebec based membership in public policy. In his advocacy role he ensures the representation of its members to government and other stakeholders as he advocates for responsible and sustainable wind energy development in the province.
