Perrin Beatty

He is the President and CEO of Canadian Chamber of Commerce. Former MP and Cabinet Minister and President of CBC. He was an Honorary Visiting Professor with the Department of Political Science, University of Western Ontario, and he wrote a weekly column on government and politics for a major Canadian newspaper. From 1995 to 1999, Perrin was President and CEO of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC). In 2008, Perrin was named Chancellor of the University of Ontario Institute of Technology. In 2013 he received an honorary degree, honoris causa from Western University.

Warren Everson

He is the Senior Vice President, Policy. In 2011 he developed the “Top Ten Barriers to Competitiveness,” which has become an important product in the Chamber’s policy and advocacy roles. During his decade-long career in government, Mr. Everson served as Chief of Staff to the Minister of Transport and the Solicitor General, and was on the staffs of five other Ministers. In 1992 he was the Executive Director for the National Transportation Act Review Commission and also served as a Commissioner for the Transportation Safety Board Review.
